Phoned up to ask for upgrade from 2mb to 3mb, they said I couldnt have the 10mb service yet. Then for some reason the operator removed my modem from the network!
Spent the next half hour on the phone tryying to get back online. a nice lady from NTL: then asked if I would like to go on the 10mb "trial"
Now I'm connected at the "10mb" speed in Blackburn im getting 4.5 mb download and 0.5mb upload
