Tech support clearly told me today that I am not seeing more than 3M because the network will not support it in my area - and not because I have a Ambit 100 (although he did say that if my network was updated then I still would not get 10M until I change the modem - but I would get more than 3...).

I think on page 1 of this thread - first post - it says the ntl 100 doesn't do 10meg - I assume that's the same as an Ambit 100?
