Well i wasnt quite honest with them but one lie deserves another. They plainly told me that my NTL HOME 100 modem would handle to 10meg speeds which it couldnt. SO in order to get my new modem i phoned TS and unplugged my CM and told them it wasnt working ( this was yesterday) and today i got a new one. And i'm downloading at an average of 1100 kb/s
