Just a few questions I would like answering really...
What is the best way of contacting ntl for the upgrade? I have a STB that was upgraded about a year back to a silver samsung one I think. I can't use the upgrade page online because they cannot upgrade STB from there. I have called NTL (10mb is in Peterborough where I live) and they said I will be upgraded by end of november and some crap that I think they were on about as a way of getting me off the phone tbh.
I remember when I was upgraded from 1mb to 3mb, I called them and asked for 3mb, 2mins later is was on (first call). Now its just a complete pain in the ****, I just want my upgrade!!!
It appears as though they want to make me wait because I have a STB. Well I pay for their top Internet service, two telephone lines and a moderately sized TV package from them, wheres the service back?
