I just called cs and the guy I spoke to in swansea, (oh and by-the-way he told me that he had the 10mb so it must be available there too) he did a bit of research, was on the phone for ages with him! and said that he's been told by technical that the samsungs cant take it so he arranged for me to have my stb swapped next thursday.
I also told him that I tried retensions first but they closed at 5pm, so I think that just made him try a bit harder for me? A very nice guy tho, extremely polite and in a jolly mood... maybe because he has the 10mb?
