Thanks for the suggestions. I've tried reseting the Netgear to factory default settings and going through the installation process again. I've rebooted the cable modem before powering up the router. The cable must be right as it works with the PC (it also worked with the STB).
I'm still getting 0.0.0.0 as the WAN IP address.
Any more suggestions?
