I phoned up Tech support yesterday as i have had enough now of the poor gaming pings and packet losses,Actually managed to speak to someone in this country(RESULT)He was very helpful and friendly checked the line and reported back a noise level of 18...apparently 20 is the lowest it should be

and this will affect pings and packets,so he said it should be fixed by next friday..
