I'm not aware of anyone who's been upgraded automatically yet...that'll probably start happening within the next couple of weeks.

A lot of the connections aren't perfect yet, with people not receiving the full speed, due to modem problems and network rebalancing work needed in their area. So to be honest, it's probably best that the service is properly judged in 3 or 4 weeks time, after theyÃƒÆ’Ã‚Â¢ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ã‚ Â¬ÃƒÂ¢Ã¢â‚¬Å¾Ã‚Â¢ve had time to do all the final tweaking they need to.
