Well I rang earlier to get a SACM installed due to using an STB at the minute. The CSR asked me if it was because I was having problems with my current connection, and all I said was that I was thinking ahead. She told me no problem and it will be next week....the next thing I know she was asking ME if I wanted to have the upgrade
I couldn't believe it, I never even asked about it.
