The second time was a complete nightmare,ive only been with ntl for 1 month and heard scary things about cs staff! I said can i be upgraded please and she said i cant go any further than 3mb, She has never even heard about 10mb and said that i must of been thinking of telewest!
3rd time was short and sweet, spoke to some bloke who said that the network was still in the early stages of being tested and come back jan/feb 2006!
The 4th time p**sed me right off, knowing that my mate has it and that i can recive it i told them this and she said sorry 3mb is the tops for you, so i downgraded to 1mb untill i get the "MAGIC LETTER" she said i would recive when its in my area.

Being with telewest for 4 years was bliss compared to the s**te cs service i have recived in the past opening month of my time here. Lairs and idiots only spring to mind
