Maybe you offended him with your nick :p. Seriously, I made one call, wasn't even sure this area was part of the "trial", asked if I could have the upgrade to 10meg, the lady (scottish) said certainly and within 2 mins my service was upgraded. Almost fell off my chair in suprise after all the horror stories on here. So unless you get a welsh bloke or a scottish lady; put the phone down and ring again
