Having got the upgrade about 40 minutes ago, I have just had a call back from the CS rep I spoke to this morning. She has just spoken to her manager and has confirmed that it will not be available until December.
It would seem that it must be some sort of dream that I have it now.
On a different note, it seems that this config file may disable SNMP. That is the most likely explanation that I can find for docsdiag (
http://homepage.ntlworld.com/robin.d.h.walker/docsdiag/ ) not working.
I wonder why NTL would want to do that?
