ok if you are a current 3mb customer and want the upgrade now get on the blower call 08000522000 press option 2 you may have to wait 5 or 10 min but what the hell.... i done this today and the woman said its for new customers only so i said well why do others get it who are currently 3mb customers and she said i dont know but i can do it for you but dont tell anyone so what do i do post it on this forum lol. after 10 seconds it popped up local area connection connected and now i download at the full 10mb and upload at 65-80 so i suggest you get ringing
