Ok, i phoned up again just now but chose option 5 instead, they guy was very helpful and said he will put me on 10mb. He had to speak to the account holder first then i got the phone back nd he said it's done. He told me to shutdown the computer for about 30 seconds, and then boot it back up and i will have 10mb. So i done what he said and i havn't got it
He did say sometimes it takes upto an hour to happen, but people on here have said it happens straight away
Might just have to wait a bit...
