rang ntl before asked about the 10mb ask if can have the upgrade he said 3mb customers will be getting a letter once you get the letter you will need to ring ntl and you will be upgraded to 10mb.... the 1mb and 2mb will not be upgraded till next year the 3mb customers will get it 1st it will be the end of this month or the end of december he said if you do not get the letter by the end of november you should be automatically upgraded........................
