True i see what you are saying and i cannot argue as you are correct.
I was simply trying to explain why some people (myself NOT included) are getting frustrated.
It just seems to me that IF someonecan recieve the upgrade, then why do they have to ring CS 5/6/7 times to recieve the upgrade. Surely this is just making more work for CS.
