Yes, I think the main problem is they didn't set a date, I'm not talking about a month am talking about a certain date i.e 27th...of whatever! At least that way they could of communicated this out alot easier to CS agents.
I also feel this new 10Mbit speed has not been fully tested on all modem types before being rolled out. As my Ambit modem cannot use the full 10Mbit speed. I have a feeling this
will be firmware related, and once again NTL have not taken the full testing phase and rolled it out too quickly before testing it on all modem/firmware types.
