I have that problem. Upload is fine, but download just won't shift past 5 Mbps. This is on an Ambit 120.

I think they are referring to the online upgrade from the 1M & 2M services to the 10M service - that was mistake. The 10M was only supposed to be for existing 3M customers, the online upgrade facility wasn't supposed to be there. Someone screwed up.
