What exactly did you say? I've been on the phone to NTL CS, about 4 times now I think, Iâ₠¬ÃƒÆ’¢â€žÂ¢ve got a welsh man, and loads of Scottish woman, but to no avail! They all say the same thing ''early 2006''.
I suppose its the luck of the draw...but its very frustrating when you're getting people just down the road from you upgrading, yet they wont let you because its ''not available''
