Well i was looking at the autoreg page and accidently clicked the upgrade to 10mbps button as i wasn't thinking it would upgrade me on the spot and was trying to get more info on it.
Well the modem rebooted and i can now report that my Motorola SB3100 can only get a max download speed of around 5mbps!!!!! as i had expected.
Looks like im going to have to phone CS tomorrow afternoon.... not looking forward to that. And thats only if the Ntls phone engineer arrives to fix my phone as it died at the weekend.
If anyones interested i was on 2mbit before.
