robin walker's test is bad for that reason, its hardly a fair way to measure ntl's internet performance if it isnt leaving ntl's network. The results below would make me think great nothing wrong. The local conditions are not causing the low speed it is ntl's saturated amsterdam router. |
True, but that that reason it's useful for determining whether the problem is your connection to ntl, or ntl's connection to the rest of the internet, if you see my point.
