Good question... I will have to go there 2morrow with my ethernet cable and try. Can you suggest anything else I can try whilst I am there?
It just seems strange that the internet has mucked up since the installment of the new cable box. Also forgot to mention that the tech guy had plugged in a 'X-over adaptor' into the back box but Telewest tech support line were not 100% sure that it needed one for their new Explorer box.
