I'm on 2 meg.

I phoned CS, first time they said I couldnt upgrade, the 10meg was for new customers only.

Second time, I acted daft and said I wanted to 'get faster internet' for 37.99 not mentioning speeds, first she said I could have 3 meg for 41.99 but i'd have to buy broadband plus, then she said I could have 10 meg for 37.99.

I said that would do
