Ok this is how I got onto 10meg from 3 meg:-
I Phoned up and downgraded to 2 meg when checking the website I was on 2 meg, then checked the website and it showed I could upgrade from 2 to 10
I phoned again and it seems the 30 day isn`t applying as i`m now on 10 megs..
Also seems the 10meg is now on there system so the lady said, I`m in Gt Yarmouth and we run from Peterborough.
