Ok, just rang NTL regarding the Langley area (Cm18) and he said

We dont have specific dates yet but i can confirm that 3mb customers will be receiving it in december and the rest next year. It will be an anutomatic update but you also have the option of upgrading manually when it comes into your area, like the last upgrade.
