The idea of everyone on 10mb with individual usage limits (and I take it, charges to suit??), suits me down to the ground.
I have been monitoring my usage for about 6 months now with Netmeter (excellent little prog). I am using approximately 7gig a month. A charge that would reflect my moderate usage when compared to the 30gig limit is more than welcomed by me
