I was quite shocked the other day to ring SKY and get through to.... Indian Tech Support - I thought i had dialled NTL by mistake... Not a lot of difference between the two now it seems.
I have now taken the plunge and ordered DTV from NTL. Only £11 per month (permanently) as I already have BB and Phone with them. Not a bad deal in my opinion.
