Looks like you've got RF out on an F-type and composite video and mono audio on phonos. Best to use the composite video methinks.

Not exactly the box I have but the connections look the same.

I think the phonos are audio L+R.

How can I get NTL to upgrade the box to one with at least a SCART socket?
