That was the reason I left NTL 15 months ago, pops and clicks all over the place.
I would go back to NTL (from Sky+) if this is now fixed along with the following;
- NTL go to a proper IR Signal for their remotes
- Red button doesn't cause box to crash
- at least 1 weeks EPG
- PVR that works
- Interactive TV as on Freeview/Sky (football 1st etc)
- Be no more expensive than Sky
