Why should you get a refund? You have used the 3Mb connection have you not? Hello - you dont' get refunds for things you have used if there is nothing wrong with them!!!

Please don't mis-quote me either, i'm not expecting to be reimbursed for my 3meg connection, just the difference between 2 and 3meg.
You can't tell people you will be making a 10meg service for those people who are on 3 meg and then not deliver. That actively encourages people to upgrade from a package below in the hope they get this 10meg. Please don't tell me there arn't many people who have done the same as me.
It's mis-selling a product.
I am 99% sure they will too, as whenever i have reasoned with them in the past regards what is proper i have always got what i deserved.
Like i say, NTL won't want people asking for a refund on the difference anwyay, it will be out before Dec 31st guaranteed.
