Caller ID wont work unless the Mux has had the 10/30 channel Line Cards upgraded to CLI.(A tech has to physically swap these out)
The only way you'll find out is by ringing NTL. AND as these cards cost over ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£1000 each,there are a lot of mux's out there not done.
