All this woulda been so much easier if they had brought the speed increases out capped and left people at 750k or below as they was unless they wanted speed over capacity.Which is basicly what NTL have done now only with alot of fuss.

So if they're doing it, what's you problem?

Like ive said before you go advertise these current packages like Bulldog are doing with their current glossy b&w advert for their nice 8mb unlimited service which played during the champions league game.NTL still sell their packages mostly door2door or via the phone which gives them more scope to keep the actual rolling tc's and capped package rules silent.Where is their nice glossy 512k unlimited advert like the ones AOL or Bulldog have.

Bulldog - they're on OFCOM detention right now aren't they?

Hardly a shining example of how to be an ISP.

Maybe your right on the other issues and I agree with you I dont like monopolys on football rights. But surely NTL would just become another expense for football fans pockets by charging what they own the rights too.Youve gotta be honest its doubtfull other than live games being screened on terrestrial tv fans would have to pay towards more than one set of channels.
Ohh and I noticed you didnt make a comment on the 1st part of what I said, you may as well do the whole thing instead of just the bits that are easier to pull apart or add spin towards

Idon't think ntl are overcharging. Who else supplies BB, with all the hardware supplied and the installation done for nothing? Who else is going to be supplying 10 meg (regardless of how far from an exchange you are) for £37 a month?
