i hate moany self righteous customers who do nothing but moan and expect a company to cave in to to there every desire. your not that important saxo, your not as important as a user paying more than you, and its only fair if you pay less you get less. Do NTL care if they lose you? no, i doubt it, just another moaning customer. Ofcourse top people at NTL care about losing customers in masses, but the regular NTL employee just thinks your an annoying moany dick. So pay more, or stop moaning. You already get a good service for £25 a month, and your 100k is probably your bit torrent downloading movies anyway. i work in customer service, tho not for NTL and i cant stand people who think companies owe them the world. Your paying for 600k, which gets upgraded to 2mb, and you still moan because people who pay more get more.

i am on 2mb, and im happy to wait until NTL decide to upgrade me to 10mb, or 8mb, whatever were getting on 2mb. So i advise you do the same. It would be nice if we all got 2mb tomorrow but it is not going to happen, and i accept the facts and i am happy with how they are doing it. NTL dont owe you anything. Change ISP's and go to adsl with there substandard tecnology and feel good that u really dented NTL, they will miss your £25 a month. Oh wait, nobody else in your area is as good as NTL...

and yes if you upgrade now i assume you will get 10mb the same time as all other 3mb users, so you can downloaded all your porn 5x faster then.
