So, in your experience of rolling out 10 meg to 1.5 million users, what do you advise ntl do? How do you suggest they orchestrate the rollout? |
Area by area start small in more outstreached sections, localise the release and slowing put the stress on the systems, this way you dont have people on different tiers getting annoyed as everyone in there segement is done at once.
