I'm having Sky+ installed next Tuesday!!! Can't wait - phone call took 10 minutes to arrange everything and you get free TV Guide every month and loads more channels. This after umpteen phone calls/emails to Telewest recently, speaking to three depts. who all told me different things and, when none of them worked, used the Telewest mantra "have you re-set the set top box?". They didn't seem to like my reply that I'm having to do it at least twice a day to keep the normal TV service limping along. I do so love guessing what's happening during a program when all I get is a weird, LSD trippy break up picture. Will cancel Telewest TV next week once the new Sky+ system is up and running.
