They have rather tried to corner the debate, haven't they?
First, try to get sympathy by making out that they, above anyone and anything else, are the victim, and then quietly support the rather desperate stories that started to appear in the Press over the last couple of days that the smoking ban actually represents a *risk* to public health. Insidious is a good word for it.
