I had this a few days ago on my ntl 200.. it was alll working perfectly - I'd just downloaded a 4.3gb 'iso'
before I noticed it.
I suspected the LED had failed - but when I Rebooted the cable modem the light came back on.
If it's all working ok - then I wouldn't worry about it.
