Yes, NTL are unbelieveable. I asked to trail some premium channels so of course NTL were all to eager to turn them on and bill me. Of course I get my bill and i've paid for part of the month. so I call at the end of the bill period and ask for it to be taken off as I don't want it. Guess what, yep you can not take it off until a month has gone by.
Damn daylight robbery. So they clearly have the capability to bill you for part of a month, but are unwilling to let you trial anything for less than a month. Ripped off. Gits.
And to top it off, I have to call them on 2nd Nov to tell them to turn it off. They won't add it as a pending action on the account. Swine.
I suppose it's a case of 'Computer says "No"', but they could write decent software to let them do it.
