Something weird of note: in BF2 Autoloader game browser, it might show a ping of 30, yet in-game I'll get a ping of 130 or some stupid number like that. It's depressing because my friend on AOL gets consistently low ping times - up to about 50ms

I think some ISPs are going to be working out whether there are different sectors of demand for high speed connections vs. high bandwidth. At 10mb/s you will rarely download at that rate because the uprate on the other side isn't going to be that fast.
Hope things get sorted though and I can have lightening fast responses to servers all over the world :p
