Unfortunately many of the PACE boxes use a different remote control signalling system IrDA to the more standard remote controllers frequency. Your 5 in 1 remote may in fact be incompatible with that.
Please post the model number of the PACE STB, (should be a label on the back or underneath), that may halp us to confirm what is what.
