asto the gaming aspect ive noticed the same thing in counter strike pings up from 15 to 45 and packet lost up from 0% dont now exact figure.

exactly the point, easy for tech support to blame on general internet issues, pc or the server at other end. Yet at 3am the pc fixes itself
