Also from things Jimbo has said, effectivly this data comes racing over to the UBR as fast as the internal NLT network can carry it, the UBR then feeds it out to you at the pace that your account is set to recieve it at. Now I don't know how the packets are stored at the UBR, but by slowing these users down may create congestion at the UBR that could impact the 10mb users. You would need a techy UBR type person to clarify that.

Because I do not agree with people paying for more GB's of bandwidth. Broadband should be unlimited and you should pay for the speed you require and do what you wish with your connection. You should not have to be checking how many GB's you have downloaded this month.....They are calling it an "Upgrade", but it could also be a called downgrade because they will be enforcing caps on everybody.
