Right I got an update to my original problems.
I had a day off work and proceeded to game online. It seems during the morning/daytime I get no packet loss when gaming, which leads me to believe its because the load is low. However in the evening its awful
To me it looks like the NTL network is smoking under the load, but I could be wrong.
