I want higher download and upload speed with no small cap. I'd be happy with 24mb down and 2mb up uncapped for the same as what I'm paying now for the 3mb with NTL, or £24.99 even... Sound ridiculous? I think this will happen in 2006, and maybe even better deals, who knows?
