I'm sure they still dont want people to jump to adsl [ie Blueyonder 10meg, no cap etc, at ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£35pm] so i'm sure they wont want to disconnect you.
Otherwise they are just letting you out of a contract to go elsewhere, if your still in one.
Better to keep you limping along like a three legged dog than let you escape eh.
