In the Lan clients settings on your router 1st delete your previous rules and set-up 2 advanced rules in the user section.

rule name : vnc1
protocol : tcp
port start : 5900
port end : 5900
Port map : 1000

rule name : vnc2
protocol : udp
port start : 5900
port end : 5900
Port map : 1001

next go to port forwarding and apply these 2 rules to your ip 192.168.1.3

if you have other rules set-up for other things dont delete them.....
