Help Multiple problems
I have had ntl cable since April last year.In may this year it was disconnected by ntl.It appears that they had not been taking there direct debits.After numerous phone calls I was finally given the name of a superviser who arranged that I was reconnected & that I would not be charged anything for the months that they had not taken payment.She admitted it was there fault & I requested bills to be sent to me.These never arrived & she stopped replying to my emails,even though I had requested details of a manager
Then in September again after numerous phone calls ,I was given the email address of yet another superviser,he said that all past charges were written off & he had set up a new account for me.Many emails later,he said the account needed activating & I followed his instuctions.However according to him the account is not activated. & he said I should phone there customer services/technical support.I once again asked for direct details of a manager & have heard nothing more.
I am hardly going back to square 1 & being left on hold forever & then talking to someone who knows nothing about the problems I have had with ntl.
Could someone please help/offer advice
