Broadband and NatWest internet banking
I recently joined NTL. When I try access my internet banking on NatWest, I get all the way through the login phase only to be shown a message on NatWest saying that I can not access the site as it is down. I phoned NatWest and they said it was not down. However, if I dial up using another machine (to a non NTL provider) and try, I get in without a problem. This happens every time, comparing the one to the other next to each other, at the same time.
Could this be an issue with NTL regards barring, or a proxy, etc?
