Definite scam... absolutely 100% sure it's a scam (it's my job

). No website should ever ask you for your PIN number, in fact no member of staff at your bank is entitled to know your PIN, let alone a website. There is no need for anybody except you - and you alone - to know your PIN.

You should report it to ebay - they actually have a good record of dealing with the people behind these sites.
