If I remember right, it was 128kb when it started out anyway wasn't it?
ADSL is often still 256kb upload and 512kb download for around the same price... even the unlimited packages. As I said above, I can't see NTL thinking customers will genuinely want to stick with that kind of upload level on an unlimited 512k service when they
could get better elsewhere.
